As the many changes are implamented by the health service we see people determined to resist change though it is futile to do so
However the point i want to make here is should change be seen as a threat or opportunity ?
Is the glass Half full or is the glass half empty?

Are we right to lament what has gone or should we set up laison groups with the Trust to see what can be provided in the future
